No fax. I had emergency but no fax. No phones in rooms Therefore you cannot order room service. There was no toilet paper on the second day but no phone to communicate with reception to complain, sent an email but no answer. You have to get dressed and go down to reception! It’s a very isolated place and full of construction all around.

Central location and very clean. The breakfast buffet was large but I don't know if you would call the food great. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful.

Far away from everything except the industrial port all around. If you just want to stay here and don't have your own ride it's great.Not a backpackers place by any stretch.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly staff

Hotel very convenient for bus and rail links. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Room had everything we needed. Would certainly stay again.

This stay was superb in every way. The price was very reasonable, even cheap, for the value received. Dinner and breakfast were both quality meals, and the room and total facility was excellent. Best of all was the staff, from check-in to checkout.
