Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. It is a bit far from the city (around 45 minutes walk or 30 minute bus ride).

Love all the plants that were included in the decor. Top notch quality.

It was a good 2-day stay on our way to our cruise ship. The area has a lot of shopping and is walkable to the Fountain. The breakfast was very good.

Very clean and quiet place to stay, lost of restaurant in the area and very close to a big mall and close to all concert venue.

II has the most convenient location near Grand Central and Bryant Park. Staff at check in and check out in the front desk were kinda indifferent to us. Not very engaging or nice like other hotels we’ve been in the City. Rooms are very pretty but they have to pay more attention to small details like scratches on the walls. TV didn’t quite get the cable signal most of the time we try to watch it. Elevator is old, noisy and kinda jumpy. We even found a room service cart fill with lots of dirty dishes and cups traveling all the way up and down with no one from the staff. The hotel charge around 50 per night for the mini bar eve if you don’t drink or eat anything from it. It’s an old building so higher floors tend to make weird noises coming from floors and walls. We do liked the room furniture, the AC, the amenities and the design in general.

Great value! Nothing fancy, but very clean, nice furnishings and comfortable. For being an old style motel that's been renovated, it was done well. The AC units are in the wall and run kind of loud, but it's fine. Since that age of a building doesn't have central air, I'll take a loud AC unit over no AC any day. Very slick virtual check in also. Quick and easy! I'd stay there again for sure!
