Sumba Golf Vacations

It would have been great had the room been ready upon our arrival. (We were early but expected by the hotel.) Unfortunately I picked up some 'bug' and was running hot. That was compounded by having to wait in the heat for our room. By the time the room was ready, my fever combined with the heat and high humidity resulted in a minor medical emergency for me. The staff were fantastic, and got me to my room where I immediately cooled down and became coherent again. This was absolutely NOT the fault of the hotel, and every worker attended to my needs to ensure I was okay. So kudos to them. However, had the room been ready, this could have been avoided. It was my fault for not recognizing what was happening to me, and then pushing for the room earlier. I'm sure they would have accommodated me, had they known. Once again, the staff were very professional in a situation I (and likely they) had never before experienced. :)

Loved every minute of our stay here! We stayed at the Limasan Beach front 2 room villa and later at the 2 bedroom apartment villa - both are directly on the beach and metres away from the water. The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and make you feel at home. They plan daily activities and we’d highly recommend the Plataran sunrise experience! The rooms are luxurious and well maintained. Will definitely be back and highly recommend it.

Small pool but ok. Perfect small resort for small group.

Amazing hotel with stunning views and great pools. Stunning view from the room. All meals were very nice. Paddleboarding off the property with some nice corals and sealife was an excellent plus. Would definitely recommend and come back

Very peaceful. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Food was tasty and there was a good variety. Pool is lovely and there is a nice view. Unfortunately the beach is not great but fantastic beaches are a boat ride away (from the harbour). It is away from the main part of town so very quiet. A driver to town is approximately $12 USD per way.
