Didnt have breakfast food below average for a hyatt. Not very attractive or alluring. PARKING IS 52/DAY GET READY FOR THAT NONSENSE.

The rooms are very comfortable, but the carpets don’t feel clean. There is only 1 USB charging port. Lights are very dim with no option to increase even in the bathrooms.
Elevators are broken only 2 elevators worked out of 4 with a tiny elevator lobby and a fully booked hotel.
Otherwise the amenities are wonderful and the staff is superb.

The stay was amazing for my daughter’s birthday. Perfect location near American dream mall. The rooms were clean there was everything we needed there. Parking is easy and free. The breakfast was excellent and we love the unlimited hot chocolate section
