I always love the scent upon entering the Dharmawangsa. The smell of jasmine spread throughout the hotel. This place will make you feel like kings and queens, all the staff members are the friendliest and the most helpful people. Definitely my number one pick when staying in Jakarta.

Hotels in convenient and close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. It also offers stunning view. The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. The restaurant offers a great varieties of food that will spoil the belly. The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff are also attentive to our requests. We like the location of the hotel and the services, the staff were very accommodating and assisted us throughout our stay. We have been staying in the hotel frequently when visited Jakarta. However, there is no refrigerator in the room and ironing facility in the room (some travellers do really need these necessities) though laundry/ironing clothes can still be done with some charges. Overall the hotel is good for value and located very strategically to do some shopping, devouring on local and international food, get good coffee and easy to get cab!

Decent hotel but i feel the rating is too high (though I only stayed for two nights). Reception area is nice and staff are really good but my room was fairly worn out and had a broken shower head. Good value overall given proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service, but there are probably better value options out there.
