The stay was very pleasant , the location of the hotel was so happening and we have a room with a wonderful ocean view , the staff here was attentive and polite.The room and toilet are clean. Will plan to stay here again in my next trip.

Furnitures and room itself were a bit worn out here and there. Expected to have bidet in the washroom but it didn’t. However, in overall, very clean and nice equipped room. Hotel facilities were a bit rusted but still fancy. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Visited couple of restaurants and they provided good quality and tasty dishes. Very family friendly so sometimes pools are crowded. Maybe i will revisit someday.

Very nice accommodations and courteous staff. They were all kind and eager to help. Our 2 rooms experienced cooling issues and were a little warm a couple of nights, but not bad, especially since it was cool outside. There was a little difficulty explaining this to lobby attendants due to the language barrier, but they quickly connected me with someone by phone that communicated in English easily. We enjoyed the location as well.

I used the luggage storage service twice, and every staff member I encountered was consistently attentive and professional. Cleanliness was top notch. Room is not very clean I visited regularly in Busan. I stayed several different hotels but this is the worst. I do not have any plan for next visit at all at this hotel
