9.4/10 Exceptional! (546 reviews)
We were travelling from England via Vancouver. I would like to see a policy for early arrivals who have appointments near the hotel. Our room was not ready when we arrived very early at 1.00pm, We were not offered a place to store our luggage or freshen up. We returned at 3.00pm and our room was still not available. Finally we were given another room where we could quickly freshen up before leaving for our 4.00pm. meeting. Many opportunities lost...having a drink in the bar or tea in the restaurant while waiting, a room to freshen up.
We felt undervalued, left and returned later.
This comes down to organisational culture and providing the best service possible for the travelling public.

9/10 Wonderful! (21 reviews)
Good spot, very new and in good order. Good parking even for oversized vehicles. Kitchen extractor fan doesn’t work, don’t expect any basic items such as cooking oil etc. They do give you a little coffee. It’s comfy enough. The blinds are just light filtering not blackout. No in suite storage for skis and no where in the building to tune skis. Tons of gear storage! Right across from the hill and the Marriott which has good food and drinks. Would come back if could get a bigger space.

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,002 reviews)
Very nice resort, room was spacious with comfy bed and lots of desk room. Lake view with both chairs & loungers on ground floor. Complimentary bikes, coffee shop right there. Happy Hour 2-5 daily at both Port 701 and Brixx was excellent, we ate at the resort everyday!

I wasn’t informed it may be necessary to reserve car parking site costing $10 a night. All parking sites were reserved and not available. We had to pay for off hours of city meter parking for overnight parking.

The room was clean and modern, and had a cabin-like feel. Cleaning staff were friendly and accommodating. The parking was easily available and the below restaurant was amazing. We were in our hotel on a live band night, and didnt hear the band in our room. Highly recommend this property!
