The location was excellent, far enough from central Sorrento to give it a chilled, quiet atmosphere, but close enough to get into town (on the complementary bus, which was a nice touch).
The service, food, and pool were also top quality as well.
The only things that let the hotel down were 1) it was being redecorated/ refurbished throughout our stay, so there were a lot of workmen around, even in the corridors by the rooms (unnerving for my teen girls), and our first rooms were constantly covered in paint/ building dust, and 2) the quality of the fittings and build of the rooms was poor, with surprisingly shoddy workmanship
Having said that, the staff changed our rooms early on to ones that were less impacted by the workmen, and we really enjoyed our stay regardless.

International standard hotel in lovely Chaiai neighborhood. Spacious and well equipped room. AC very effective but also had windows for fresh air. Enjoyed the breakfast. Great shops, bars and restaurants close by. Easy walking distance to heart of Naples which has great vibe.

This is perhaps the best hotel in the world! The staff are beyond brilliant and the views are amazing. The rooms are wonderful . We went for our 40th wedding anniversary and they upgraded us. Yes it is expensive but worth every single penny! We are saving up to go again immediately . Thank you to all the staff who looked after us so expertly.

The staff were phenomenal. Extremely welcoming and helpful from the second we got there. They provided recommendations for food, maps to help navigate the city. They really went above and beyond to even decorate our room as we were there staying for our honeymoon. We could not recommend this hotel more and we will be back.
