Hotel is nicely situated in the warehouse district. Fairly quiet area. Staff were really nice. Rooms are comfortable. But there are some oddities. My colleagues and I each had different rooms. None of them had hand soap? I had to request some and a basket of small bars was left in my room for me. But just odd. The layout is also a bit odd. I had to take some business meetings from the room. You have to cover the sink behind you with a curtain to hide it - but that’s where the light comes from. The shower is in one room. The toilet in another. The light automatically goes on even if you don’t want it to. For a luxury hotel, it just feels off.
Overall the property is beautiful. The coffee shop is great. The restaurant and bar are beautiful. The rooftop pool is not much bigger than a soaking tub but people didn’t seem to mind. The public toilets were having issues but the staff directed me to another set on another floor I could use. (I had checked out and returned to get my luggage).
I would stay again and recommend - as long as you are aware of the quirks that come along with the rooms.
