Great hotel, great staff but wow the roof top bar next to the hotel, very loud music till 4am in the morning not good when you have a full day ahead.

Entire staff was kind and helpful. Our room/ bath was large and elegant. We also loved breakfast in lovely dining room. And of course the location is perfection - central to everything and yet not in hustle/bustle.

Clean room and friendly staff. Great location! Walking distance to many of the things we wanted to do. Phone in room did not work so we had to go to front desk to request extra towels.

The hotel was lovely. Check in was smooth and staff were very kind and helpful. The bedroom we stayed in was clean, spacious and had a beautiful view of the city.

Lovely staff. Incredible property. The hype is real. This is by far and away the nicest property we’ve stayed at in Manhattan in a long time.

The stay was not great, it was phenomenal!!! Super friendly and helpful staff. Great room preparation, and attention to details is next to none! Not only they went above and beyond to address our requests, but also in general, they really know how to may you welcomed and the hotel stay so effortless. Will definitely come back again!

We arrived very late and everyone was very nice. The room was clean. The only thing is I wish they told us a little more about what all the hotel has. Things that maybe included. This did not take away from out experience. I would stay here again if we would come back to NYC.

Clean and wonderful location

We wanted a clean room to sleep. It was quite clean. Out expectations were met. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shared bathroom was not a problem.

Should have trusted my gut to see reviews first. For a hotel with some status. $1k a night that doesn’t provide a kettle, coffee machine, bath room slippers. Has to be requested for. (And was told subject to availability and was lucky to have gotten it from the housekeeping staff) seriously? Friends also stayed in the suite, SUBPAR standard service etc for $2k a night. They are members and will have more to review. Front service staff for checking in. Wow..leaves much to be desired. Make staff were just cordial and dead pan. Been to so many hotels and the price? This is really disappointing. Even a $200:night hotel at indigo NY gave better service and had EVERYTHING. Saving grace? The Porters and doormen were exceptional along with the Housekeeping staff. THEY were the ones that gave 10/10 service.
