Beautiful hotel. Very professional staff.

The hotel was very busy but the room was very quiet and clean. I was in town for a conference and the hotel was a a nice 20 minutes away on foot. I took the train to Montreal and the hotel is across the street from Central Station. The hotel is connected underground to the Metro (subway) and the underground city.

Older building - heat was not working properly to control from individual rooms — so when it was 10 degrees outside, we were sleeping with the window open about 3 inches to get cooler air in to make sleeping possible. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

We loved our stay and will definitely come again. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, the location is amazing and the property itself is impeccable. Large (and very clean) rooms, the pool is great and breakfast was also perfectly fine. The valet parking was also very much appreciated, especially with me electric vehicle (which was charged by the next morning). Thank you!

Wonderful hotel for our family and kids. Desk staff were nice and accommodating. We came for New Year it was a wonderful experience !
