The staff is great, room was ready 4 hours before check in. Perfect for a 1-2 night stay before a cruise.

The location of the hotel was great! Check in was super easy!

Clean, friendly and attentive staff, European-like feel, high-end toiletries, boutique. Very nice! Was perfect for me (solo female).

Wow,what a phenomenal experience! Just a gorgeous hotel with excellent service. Fantastic restaurants. Real class and professional staff, and the amenities are amazing. Matthew Williams the director of front office made our stay exra special.He surpassed all of our expectations and congratulations to him. Alisa Geller,front office manager was kind and professional. We would definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay! Staff should have more access to owners though. They communicated through a chat and not directly. We got there for early checkin and couldnt because the chat was unresppnsive. my family was tired and we had to wait over 4 hours in the lobby till room was available. But overall the place was amazing

AC - do not work or air movement- Only 1 channel for TV - Checking was long and felt distracting to do.

Average hotel. Noticed few things during our stay. - The staff outside the hotel is "valet only" staff. Don't expect anyone to help you with your bags. - One day, our room was not made up. Looks like they are "scheduled". Not sure if they do it daily by default. - Zero sound-proof. We heard literally everything our room neighbors said. - We didn't rent a car but if you do, expect a front parking of just 4-5 cars. So, don't take a car with you. - No late checkout available. Good things. - The pool is good.
