Unfortunately for foreigners, it’s a little out of the way from the city highlights . Word of warning make sure the cab drivers reset the meters on pick up , my cabbie was a scammer. That was the only disappointment of the whole trip .

Excellent location but the staffs attendance levels to be further improved, looks like insufficient staffs to attend guests' needs. My experience is call to from room to operator, there is even no one pick up. Concierge is always no staffs there at least when I was there 2 times.
Besides this, generally I am quite happy with the service from staffs...

Wasn’t what we expecting.
"We stayed in crown plaza in Fuzhou and it was a great experience. So we gave Tianjin crown plaza a try. That experience turned out to a huge difference in a negative way. First night checked in to a room with broken fridge and floor covered in human hair. So we had to move to another room the next ..."
