Restaurant food was bland. Other than that a great place to stay. Easy taxi to downtown.

Pickup and transfer from airport to hotel was fast. All staff I've encoutered are truly friendly and smiling. They allowed me to check in at 12:30, without charging extra. Area around hotel is safe and very walkable. Breakfast was delicious and a plethora of choices for good. Room was exceptionally clean.

Great customer services with spectacular sunset view. Excellent dishes with great presentation.

I had a request that was passed on to the manager on duty and the manager did not come to the front dest to discuss. Either an over worked manager or incompetant.

My wife and I stayed for a week during our honeymoon and were made to feel so welcome. Everyone was so lovely and kind. We appreciated all the ways that they made our honeymoon feel extra special! We managed to enjoy relaxation and adventure in equal parts, including surfing directly in front of the hotel and snorkelling at the North Gilis with a boat also taking us directly from the hotel. We really enjoyed the Indonesian cooking class offered by the hotel and found the themed nights at the restaurant, particularly the flavours of the archipelago, extremely satisfying. Overall could not imagine our honeymoon anywhere else, thank you so much to the entire team that made it so special!
