Upon entering the hotel you are met with pure elegance! Let me tell you, your website does no justice to your hotel, it is incredibly beautiful & such attention to detail!
The hospitality by all was amazing & a lady (sorry I did not take her name) made such an effort to help with a surprise visit from my kids for my husband’s birthday.
Room was clean, spacious, lovely shower, just really good & exceeded my expectations from what I thought I was getting from the website!

We enjoyed our stay in the Bécquer hotel. The facilities in the rooms are good, good comfortable bed and pillows.the staff is very professional and exceptionally good

The room is good. The bathroom layout wasn’t great. Staff is not super friendly. Electrical layouts are messy, location is great. Gym needs improvements. I don’t think we are coming back. But it wasn’t terrible either.
