Marrowstone Island Golf Vacations

This place is a dump! Should be ranked 2 stars not 4. Will was the only nice/helpful staff member. The carpets were disgusting, the shower was tiny, the maids closet was right outside our room however, they couldn’t manage to clean it very well. Both elevators broke while we were there with our baby and luggage. We had an early flight out and no one would answer the phone for the service elevator until we went downstairs to get someone to help. Definitely not worth the money, unless someone paid us to stay. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was looking for a boutique hotel and i certainly found it. My wife and i enjoyed our stay there. The rooms were clean and well looked after, great daily maid service, The restraraunt was very good. excellant food. very unique. the staff were very helpful and attentive. I was not disappointed at all with the hotel. The only thing they can improve on (and this would not stop me from booking here again) is they need to update their pillows. Beds were very comfortable but the pillows were showing their age. I have been spoiled with our pillows from home. i usually bring my own but we travelled light and there was no room for it. Very close to the Pike Market and certainly worth the walk.

Staff were every supportive and courteous.

The room was nice and the hotel was clean and is conveniently located right across from the airport. The staff probably would have been nicer, but they seemed way understaffed, especially at the front desk. We were not aware that they only clean the room every three days, so we were surprised when our was wasn't cleaned. This was probably because the employee behind the counter was too busy. Much of the time we were there, there was one employee behind the counter, and seemed very overwhelmed.

The front desk checked us into one room but had us in their system checked into another room. We received calls from the front desk asking if ordered items could be brought y
