We stay in Cinnamon Grand every time we visit SriLanka.
We love the set up with the lobby and the rooms.The rooms are clean well maintained and comfortable. Staff from the lobby,managers ,staff who clean the rooms are all very friendly ,courteous and professional in their jobs.They make us feel at home every time we come .
I have no reservations in recommending this hotel to any one planning to visit Colombo.

They need to fix their lifts. There are only two working and they are programmed separately. In the morning you can wait 15 minutes to get a lift. Overall hotel staff were amazing with some exceptions on the front desk.
