Outstanding cleanliness and top notch service. Everything maintained and looked after! Bar and pool staff go above and beyond to help. Grand buffet staff don’t pay much attention until you signal for coffee or water. La Cantina staff were not much bothered about service. Housekeeping was amazing. Special shout out to Philippe and Ulesis at Los Tacos bar for always being cheerful and welcoming. Highly recommended.
Except stay away from green shirt marketing people for targeting innocent guests into their gimmicks.

This was the perfect resort. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages from 18-71. I loved the size, not too big making it easy for everyone to get around. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Beach is beautiful and you are able to swim in the ocean. The hotel is in walking or a short bus ride to malls, clubs, flea market, ferry and so much more. I’d highly recommend!
