Absolutely remarkable place to bring your family !

I booked the Sheraton through Expedia for a room for my husband and teenage son for a birthday celebration. We were charged an 'extra guest' fee even though the hotel listing clearly states that the room sleeps 5, and the Expedia receipt clearly stated that there was a maximum of 5 adults per room. At first Expedia/Sheraton said they would remove the 'extra guest' charge. A few days later they sent an email rescinding that, saying it is a non-refundable charge and kept the 'extra guest' charge on my bill. ***Moral of story: Check your receipts when booking through Expedia/Sheraton. Shady AF business practices*** "Guest charges and accommodation capacity Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 5. Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 5."

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We enjoyed the free parking and complimentary breakfasts. Great location for a Unionville visit! And the price was extremely reasonable!

The room was nice, but the TV kept malfunctioning (volume didn't work, couldn't view any channels). When we decided to go on the wifi, our password wouldn't work, so we were forced to just use the data on our phones. While checking out, I expected to be asked how the stay was. That didn't end up happening. They took my room key card and walked away.
