Very courteous and attentive staff. Room is clean and comfortable.

Nice area, friendly staff, they put some snacks at the holiday for the holiday. The location is great. Beautiful hotel.

Department was really nice and food was the rest of the building however, as we had a disability room I sort of felt like we were pushed into at basement the apartment was very dark and right beside us was the stairs and all night we heard people running up and down the stairs so we did not really get a good flight sleep . One thing we also discovered the valet parking was $70 per night however if you park in the street you get a parking ticket It's $58? Overall the chamber is in a central location in West Hollywood with Santa Monica Boulevard between a 2 minute walk away and trader Joe's just across the road

1 staff in particular at the desk by the elevators went above and beyond. Staying past his end of shift trying to help me find my lost phone! He definitely needs a raise for going above and beyond for an upset client. Amazing guy!

Beautiful lobby, comfortable room, excellent gym!

Clean and courteous. Only complaints are parking is $35/day for self park and they only clean your room if you request in advance and even then they missed us half the times we’ve asked.
