Great buffet breakfast. Decent sized room and the onsen was great

The reception staff was great she was easy to talk to in English and definitely knowledgeable on the area and had some good suggestions. The lighting in the hallways going to the room was interesting gave off a scary movie vibe. The laundry though pricey was very nice. However they did miss making one of the beds when they cleaned the room.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel was clean and luxurious. Bedrooms were cosy and beds super comfortable. However, although the room area was utilised well, once suitcases were there was not much space to move around. The two breakfast options were delicious (Japanese style and western buffet). The staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Awesome location, but the hotel was very dirty and seemed lacking maintenance like I did not expect it to be look in such rough shape considering it has such a high rating in Expedia. But the staff was fantastic

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku was an incredible stay. From the friendly and helpful staff to the modern, clean rooms to great decor and convenient location this was absolutely an incredible hotel experience. I will be keeping this hotel as my top choice for future visits to Japan.

The hotel was simply spectacular. The room was spacious with a fantastic view. If staying around Namba station is what’s you’re looking for then this is a great option. The swimming pool looks a bit dated and needs a bit of renovation to bring it up to par with the rest of the wonderful building but is more than adequate. All in all I would definitely stay again.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Great options for breakfast, staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent, overall an amazing place to stay.

The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. The carpet has cigarette burns in it and some of the shower tiles were cracked. They need to replace the carpet and maintain the room a little better.

We stayed four nights in a Premier Grand Deluxe Twin room prior to a cruise. I wish we could have stayed longer. This is a beautiful hotel situated close to a transportation hub. The hotel provides many free amenities that are rarely found in hotel rooms these days: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, toothbrush & toothpaste, soap, combs, brushes, razors, etc. (No large containers fastened to the walls). There were also pajamas, robes and slippers for your use while staying there. In other words, just about any toiletries you may have forgotten to pack were provided. We stayed in a room on the 38th floor that faced the Tokyo Government building where every night there was a beautiful light show projected onto the building. We ate breakfast in three of the different restaurants we had a choice of. I enjoyed Jurin the most because of the view of the courtyard. All had a great variety of food both Japanese and American so I could always find something I liked. The check-in process was excellent and our luggage was already in our room by the time check in was completed. The staff just couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. If I were ever to return to Tokyo, I would definitely stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel again.
