Sensui Island Fishing Vacations

The hotel is conveniently connected to the shopping area and train station. The hotel staff were helpful and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

Very clean and felt new. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We were traveling with our teenager and booked the “standard twin” which was a little tight so I’d recommend going with the next room up. (It would probably be ok for a small child). Loved the spa though it would be nice if they provided an extra towel. Super comfy pjs though!

Super close to the train station. Great 2 night stay, staff was friendly and super helpful with any questions. Opted in for the breakfast during my stay and was super convenient and the selection was very good! Highly recommend

This was by far the nicest room/resort we have stayed in. After being cramped in many Japanese hotels and ryokans, this was much much larger with three queen/full size beds, a 65" TV and an outdoor bath (mineral salts available in the lobby). However, please understand that as this location is very remote, dining options in the area and transportation may be limited. This may be why we didn't see any foreigners there? However, they do provide pick-up service to and from the Shin-Iwakuni station depending on the room you're staying in given you contact them at least three days in advance. Although our Shinkansen was unexpectedly delayed by two hours due to rain/lightning, they patiently waited for our arrival and did not leave us stranded. Perhaps the only downside was that we only stayed two nights as I felt we could've done with some more downtime and taking advantage of the amenities including the bikes and SUPs. I hope to return again soon, staying for a longer time next time. Thank you Marissa Resort for giving us an incredible and memorable vacation!

It was very close to the parks and main attractions. The streetcar was also very close and getting to and from the Shinkansen was easy. The breakfast was amazing.

Check-in is the DIY type, without a real person in a place in the building. Fortunately we had our kids with us. If we had problems checking in, there was no phone# even to call for help. Other than that hot water shower is hard to figure it out. It took my son a while before we got hot water.

Really good sized room with two double beds and an immaculate wet room bathroom. Immaculate all round. Had a washing machine and fridge and cooking facilities and a balcony. For the money I couldn’t find fault
