All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Absolutely flawless stay – if I could give this hotel 10 stars, I would. The staff at The Danna Langkawi truly went above and beyond from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so kind, humble, and genuinely caring, constantly checking in to make sure everything was taken care of. They offered thoughtful suggestions on what to see and do around the island and seemed genuinely invested in making sure we enjoyed every minute of our trip. The room and property were immaculate. Housekeeping was incredible – the room was cleaned and refreshed twice a day, and every detail was perfectly handled without us even having to ask. The whole hotel feels calm, elegant, and extremely well maintained, with a real focus on guest comfort. I’ve stayed in a lot of luxury hotels around the world, but this was by far the best. The attention to detail and the warmth, humility, and professionalism of the staff set this place apart. We left feeling truly cared for, and we will definitely be back.

Pelangi is an amazing resort. It was so tidy and they have exceptional attention to detail to make sure everything is perfect for you. The staff were very friendly and always happy to go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. Good location close to Cenang for you to check out local restaurants and bars. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel with a very good pool. My main issue is the lack of decent air conditioning. This was manageable in the rooms as they also had large fans but completely inadequate in the fitness room. This was a glass room facing the sun for most of the day and the air conditioner barely put out any cold air leaving it a dangerous temperature to workout. It’s a good hotel in other aspects but if you want to use the gym during your stay choose somewhere else.

The room was spotless. Staff services were excellent. The bathroom towels should be of a better qualiity. Buffet needs to have an xtra aisle for breads and a additional toaster.
