It was nice. Did have to request for our pool to be cleaned and the deccing wasn’t cleaned during our stay therefore made it a bit uncomfortable to use our private pool. Out shower was also full of leaves. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 2 days although we left the sign on the door requesting for it to be done. After speaking with reception the finally did clean our room. It was advertised as 2 restaurant all inclusive but one restaurant was closed

The island is breathtaking. I stayed in an overwater bungalow and it was absolute perfection. Very clean, verrry comfortable. I recommend the buffet over the restaurant. The restaurant meals were very hit or miss. Some of the service was excellent, others seem miserable and distracted. Saad at the dive school is a fantastic teacher for those who are first timers to snorkeling. If youre a smoker, bring your own cigarettes as a pack is $35 at the bar. If your a non-smoker, be aware that people smoke in pretty much all public spaces. My suggestion would be to bring USD and tip great servers, concierge and bartenders well ($20) early in your stay - it will elevate your experience 100%. They will go out of their way to make your stay the most comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. We checked in very late at night, and my son mentioned that he was hungry. Without hesitation, the staff kindly arranged food for him. That level of care meant so much to us as parents. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the design is beautiful, and the resort feels incredibly special. Getting around by tram and buggy added to the experience and made the vast property feel fun and seamless. The restaurants were all photo-worthy, and the food was excellent. The Japanese restaurant, in particular, was superb. The only downside was the bathtub in our room. It appeared a bit worn or slightly moldy, and because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable letting my son use it, which was disappointing since he usually enjoys hotel bathtubs. That said, the exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and overall experience far outweighed this one issue. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and we would love to return.

It is a wonderful place to stay at least 3 nights and enjoy the great places to visit in Bohol and the Loboc River next to the Loboc River Resort. The staff is outstanding in happy their energy. Being a river resort it is a little rustic which makes the place very special but there will be issues like water leaks, a malfunctioning safe and one morning we had no hot water but those problems were promptly resolved by their maintenance almost immediately after reporting the issues. I’m sure it is quite a struggle to keep a place like that next to the river clean and operational. The breakfast buffet included was also very good. I highly recommend the Loboc River Resort. We stayed 3 nights in early January 2025. No mosquitos or snakes but lots of small lizards which give authenticity to the resort.

Incredible experience with a truly amazing staff. Rooms were a little warn down but the property and privacy/quiet nature of the resort itself helped absorb that one fault. Will absolutely be back!
