My stay at The Plaza was absolutely unforgettable and worth every penny!!! If you have the Plaza on your top choices, choose the Plaza, you won’t regret it. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was stunning, elegant, and beautifully maintained. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed each morning. I also loved the bathtub, and the fact that the water gets wonderfully hot was a huge plus because that is exactly how I like it after a long day in the city. The spacious closets were another luxury touch that made the stay feel even more elevated. The 24/7 room service was delicious and so convenient, which made relaxing at the hotel even better. The location truly cannot be beaten. Being directly across from Central Park and steps away from some of the best high-end shopping in NYC made the experience even more special. The Plaza is truly a gem of New York City, and I cannot wait to come back!!!

Loved the hotel, amenities and staff but items were expensive. But that’s Vegas for you.

Hotel fee included $20/day credit and 2 hours free use of borrowed bicycle. Amazing location surrounded by the marina. Have stayed there a few times and would go back. Recommend Marina view rooms.

This hotel is one of the biggest hotels in Miami that I have stayed at thus far. It’s like three buildings in one. Perhaps for this reason it took a while to get things delivered to the room. However, the most important part of my review is that I don’t think the towels used at the beach were completely cleaned as I ended getting a skin irritation after getting back to the hotel room. I consider myself very clean so this was very uncomfortable. I had to buy antiobiotic spray at the nearest pharmacy because he hotel did not provide any medication in a first aid kit. Apparently, only security had anything for skin irritation. Otherwise , the amenities and lab y were amazing.
