Breakfast was average. Had good western options, however there was no fresh fruit for instance, no cheese, a few types of bread. Coffee is very limited, black coffee and if wanting a latte, a capuccino, hot chocolate from the machine, it's not available. Just creamers available. The two restaurants where breakfast eas served were very cramped, not easy to find a table. Didn't use the laundry services. Staff at reception very cooperative; few understood english. Cleanliness of the bedroom was excellent. Very near to the train station (under 2 mi utes), and about 4 minutes from the Universal studios.

It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet.

Excellent house. The location is remote, a long way from most anything.

The stand out about this hotel is the people. Everything with the property is excellent. But a hotel is about people. The people that care for you here are so lovely and warm that they feel more like family. You really look forward to seeing them every day and engaging them on the traditions and culture of Japan.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Osaka.

Extremely courteous staff, gorgeous hotel, sparkling clean, great breakfast, beautiful pool and spa. Would definitely come back!

Clean, great location

Amazing! We got the garden room for 6 nights and it was the best choice ever, near to the train station, Nishiki Market, and lots of shopping places and restaurants, we did a lot of walking just so we could enjoy the view and the city. The river that is just a few blocks away can comec
