Cosy, comfortable and clean room 10 minutes walk from the station.

It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the “windows” were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet.

Great place to stay and convenient to food places. There’s a 7-11 store just around the corner. Friendly staff that speak English well soo that was really helpful and easy for our stay. Clean rooms with lots of amenities and feels like a cosy home away from home. Walkable to main shops and metro. We were travelling with our 5yo or took the taxi most of time going back to hotel. Also, the hotel has the same-day delivery luggage service available to purchase and for you to organise.

Breakfast was average. Had good western options, however there was no fresh fruit for instance, no cheese, a few types of bread. Coffee is very limited, black coffee and if wanting a latte, a capuccino, hot chocolate from the machine, it's not available. Just creamers available. The two restaurants where breakfast eas served were very cramped, not easy to find a table. Didn't use the laundry services. Staff at reception very cooperative; few understood english. Cleanliness of the bedroom was excellent. Very near to the train station (under 2 mi utes), and about 4 minutes from the Universal studios.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Osaka.

Our experience at Six Senses Kyoto was extraordinary from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful, personal, and beautifully tailored to our family. They went above and beyond for our 8-year-old son, creating moments of joy, learning, and connection that he will never forget. From fun activities to teaching him the art of origami, they brought so much warmth and magic to his days. Their kindness and attention made our stay feel deeply special. The reception team was equally impressive — attentive, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Every interaction felt genuine and gracious. Six Senses Kyoto is a sanctuary of beauty and calm, but it’s the people who made it truly exceptional. We are grateful for this experience and can’t wait to return.

Excellent house. The location is remote, a long way from most anything.

Amazing! We got the garden room for 6 nights and it was the best choice ever, near to the train station, Nishiki Market, and lots of shopping places and restaurants, we did a lot of walking just so we could enjoy the view and the city. The river that is just a few blocks away can comec
