Staff is super friendly. Loved the girl at the bar -Wendy and the other girl at front desk-Julia. Excellent service. Everything was perfect and smooth. Cleaning staff was 5/5 I’m a female solo traveller stayed over 5 nights. Overall experience was fantastic.

Hotel staff were helpful and very friendly. We walked into the centre which took about 30 minutes. Good breakfast well presented but from a British point of view , only one type of milk. (No semi or skimmed). Minor niggle. Also used Metro which was very close to the hotel and easy to use. All in all a very pleasant stay in Milan.

Lovely stay at hotel mealba! Had all the amenities we needed, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast catered for all & the bar was reasonably priced. They offered you towels for the pool and even allowed us to check-out a bit later (free of charge!). Would recommend hotel mealba if you are driving, as without a car it isn’t as easy. We stayed and did one day around lake como & another where we got the train to the city centre. They had a taxi service they could call for us & saronno station had taxis parked outside. All in all a really good stay & would recommend! Also would recommend scibui which is a nearby restaurant for reasonably priced food & drinks

The staff were very helpful in holding our luggage until check-in time. They also gave great advice on site seeing - great for us first timers. So much to do so close by - wonderful experience!

Room was very hot and entire stay and hvac was not working for our room. I went to front desk multiple times and asked for a different room. A fan was sent up and it did little to help. No one from maintenance was sent and switch was made for the room. The desk clerk would read the room temp from the control system from the front desk and would give a bogus temperature like 23C which is 73 F and it was way hotter. As a final insult on check out I asked what the temp in room showed and she asked if a window was open. A bathroom window was unlatched but not open and that supposedly turns off the AC. Wouldn't that have been worth mentioning two days before. Hated It

Super nice staff, and super clean room. The toilet accessory is like a four star hotel. The location is perfect for airport bus and the train station. The tram to the city center is very close by.
