Italian Alps Fishing Vacations

The outside doesn't look like much when you pull up; the building could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. But once you step inside, there's a strong, pleasant, clean smell, and the lobby and reception area look modern and refreshed. The rooms are also nice and modern, comfortable, and very pretty, with comfy beds and pillows, and a nice bathroom with a separate tub and shower. Everything was great on that front. However, the 'smart' TVs were a disappointment. They aren't actually 'smart' and don't work with apps like Netflix or screen casting. Also, the room was on the warmer side, and we couldn't get the AC to cool it down, so we had to sleep with the window open. Another thing we didn't like was that the shuttle service costs extra. I'm used to free shuttles to and from the airport, which are really common back home, so having to pay for that was another disappointment. Overall, though, it's a beautiful hotel in a great location, just with some things that could be improved.

First hotel with car use free to go into town. unbelievable

Spa is very small and have to be pre-booked which means is almost impossible to use. Not very useful especially in a ski hotel where afterski sauna/hammam is necessary

Staff are neutral, breakfast is good. But they gave us wrong room. I booked a room with window, but they put us in the attic, no window, the roof is almost kissing the bed, room can use vacuum, the sink partially blocked. The elevator is only until 3rd floor, we have to carry our luggage to our floor. But to be fair I think they still working on improvements I guess. So over all it's just ok.

This is the perfect hotel for exploring Milan. It’s only a short walk or tram ride from the city centre and all the attractions, in a quieter part of town. The rooms are very well appointed and there is a fabulous breakfast buffet and restaurant, but what stands it apart are the incredible staff. They are so friendly, helpful and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. We couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

First hotel with car use free to go into town. unbelievable

For this price rooms should be much larger. Obviously much of what you are paying for is the brand, however the competition often provides better rooms at a considerably lower price. Also the mattress was really firm and not comfortable for a 5 star hotel. Food and amenities were great.

Hotel Bisanzio is a gem. Wonderful location, very friendly and helpful staff, on site breakfast and laundry, and family-friendly rooms. A great value and would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel great location helpful staff

This was a wonderful hotel, friendly staff, breakfast was awesome. Would definitely stay here again if I am in Venice. Close amenities especially water ferries.

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

Air conditioning could be better but the

This hotel was wonderful, but the staff are the best staff out of any hotel. Some of the nicest people ever—especially Ricardo. He was the best, and went truly above and beyond. Once in a lifetime service and accommodations. Also great location. Take advantage of the boat service + deck service, and if there is any question the staff will help. The only issue was the room cleanliness. There were random bits of food on the floor, and the cleaning staff left their gloves on the floor (I have a photo). Would recommend again.
