The only thing missing was a cup of coffee in the morning, but everything else about the property was good

The staff were amazing. Smiling, cordial, human and they overall just cared about us. They always made sure that we were comfortable, had everything we needed and they did it in a way that made us feel comfortable

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in, clean, friendly staff and the room has a lot of tech features

Nice, clean, spacious room with all the kitchen basics and a deep tub for soaking if you like to take bathes. The location has its pros and cons. Pros- not too far from major attractions, in walking distance to nice coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Nero Belgian waffle bar was delicious and in quick walking distance from the hotel. Cons- It is right on the border of the nice section of town and the less nice. One entrance is across from the Penthouse. This never became an issue but it’s good to be aware of this. The elevator is slow and hallways look dated. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Everything was very clean. Super comfortable beds. I love the bathtub and shower setup. Not a big fan of the see through glass door in front of the toilet, though. Staff was really good about sending up delivery personnel from food delivery apps without making us come down to get it, which was unusual but nice.

Really really lovely hotel. We had a top floor studio and the view across the city from our room was incredible. The hop on and off bus had a stop right outside so we explored the whole city really easily. The bar and restaurant served lovely food and drink and the staff were wonderful. Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Would definitely go back there.

Great location for an event at Rogers Arena; staff was friendly

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.
