They have a front desk to great you. They offer storage if you get early or need to wait until your next check in. Their fitness center is great. The room is clean. I’d come back again!

The apartment is roomy and nice. They do not service your room while you’re there though. There are restaurants close by, but not at the hotel. Parking is across the street in an underground area.

The staff were very helpful but there were lots of minor things that really took me out of my experience. For starters housekeeping came and took all our dirty towels but didn't replace any so I had to ask reception for more. the tap was not screwed in properly and was wobbly. the shower was terrible. it felt like a gym shower and the shower head was awful it was clearly old and falling apart with minimal pressure i. was also pretty disappointed that the terrace was closed in the night but with no indication for that (no posted hours). the ottoman in our room also had some pretty obvious stains. Also that parking wasn't as I expected. right after booking I received a message stating that the parking was off site. it wasn't far hy any means it just wasn't what I expected from the listing.
