Staff are not experienced enough to handle the clients and make longer time for checkin. They are very annoying.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the airport and also has Ambience Mall in walking distance. Breakfast spread was also very good. Bathroom taps and flush were little outdated for a five star hotel.

Old fashioned glamour. A magnificent hotel to stay at if you are in Delhi. Worth every cent. Spotless, beautiful and well maintained. All staff superb.

Higher end relatively new facility with very professional staff.

Room was very clean and tidy, large, with a very comfy bed. Full bath in the bathroom, all very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide choice of tasty foods, fresh croissants, live stations etc. Close to DEL which saves hige amount of time with Delhi traffic. Staying in a Club room next week, hope it's as good.

This was my best stay during the 5 week trip to India in terms of staff quality, professionalism and responsiveness. Of particular note, the GM Panshikar, Dilli Restaurant Manager, Ms Wagh and the Chef Sagar were standout in terms of being responsive to my requests and dietary preferences. The breakfast staff too was very attentive without being intrusive. The rooms were clean, well appointed (special kudos to whomever decided on selection of carpet slippers -- they were the best I have ever seen), and quiet. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were really nice. I particularly liked the bottles designs (for shampoo, soap etc). Will I book again? In a heartbeat!!

Terrible filthy neighborhood. Taxi can’t get to front door of hotel.
