Very large room. Clean and well equipped room. Comfy beds. Parking a short walk away.

The hotel has been renovated and the rooms are new and clean, but there they still have work to do in the renovation, the balcony had old outdoor furniture. I would stay there again.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean.

The suites and rooms there were absolutely fantastic. It’s nice to have your own apartment right in the heart of where everything is. On a completely different note, my wife ended up, injuring her leg and we were not able to travel for eight days after our checkout time because of the injury. The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic in helping us, finding ways to save us money, and absolutely taking care of us every way that they can physically and financially during trying times. It really shows a lot when you have a situation and they come through with five stars. Highly recommend this place and anytime I’m in Sydney will definitely be staying here.

From the minute of arrival, i wanted for nothing. The staff were attentive, unpretentious, caring and three steps ahead of needs. The restaurant Sokyo - was 5 stars and then some. A welcome stop ever in a busy city that allowed for total recharging and revitalisation. Thank you

Very lovely staff and excellent customer services. Elevators in building super are slow. Rooftop pool and spa areas very wet. Need more wet floor signs or rubber floor mats. My room, the sink faucet at hand basin was leaking when tap in use and leaked all over the bench and floor. I didn’t realise it to later on. Just tripping hazards and reported it.

Excellent hotel with a good location near Darling Harbor. The club level suite with the club amenities was especially nice perk during the NYE holiday.

The room was small but very clean and well maintained. Perfect for a one night stay. We took the wrong train to get there so walked further than necessary. But that was our fault as it was clearly stated in the email which station to go to. The bus stop for the airport was half a block away which was very convenient. Suggest the bus if going to the airport to save money as the train is 8x the price. Downside was there weren’t many restaurants within walking distance. Bros Kebab was awesome! There was also no breakfast so best to stock up before you get there.
