Overall, I’d rate this hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. The property itself is beautiful, very clean, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the luxury standard the hotel advertises. During our stay, we called the front desk from the room phone three separate times with no answer, which was frustrating and disappointing. The biggest issue, however, was with the hotel’s Audi car service. The staff was not knowledgeable or helpful when trying to assist us, and the front desk associate at checkout showed little urgency or follow-through. We stood there waiting for over 20 minutes without any updates, and no one ever followed up with us despite being told they would. For a luxury hotel, service and attentiveness matter just as much as the physical property. While the hotel itself is lovely, the lack of responsiveness and customer care left us disappointed overall.

This was a fantastic hotel stay. Any place that provides a black washcloth that specifically says “for makeup” on it really gets it. Aside from that the location is fantastic, you can walk just about everywhere in 10-15 minutes or snag a bus right outside. I never rent a car in Seattle so it was extra great. Compared to other hotels in the area the rooms are also HUGE and gorgeous. We got a king suite and it was perfect for two people. Additionally, it’s extremely quiet, we never heard any other guests once inside the room and there was zero street noise, which is insane considering you are on 1st street! The staff are kind and super helpful, they allowed me to upgrade to an early check in when our flight was moved and when leaving got us a cab within 4 minutes that was $20 cheaper than uber or Lyft and the cab driver was a literal girl boss. Zero complaints, honestly one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Easily one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. Excellent location, close to food, nightlife, stadiums, WAMU Theater, and more. Entire facility is packed with beautiful architecture, greenery, and art throughout. The gym, library, cafe, and bar are all SPECTACULAR. Staff are wonderful!!! WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY.

This property was in a perfect location in the city. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I would stay here again!!

6 stars for the staff! Arthur the bellman and Tomteo (?) the breakfast server. They quote “the largest room in the house is the room to improve “. Our experience was a service level that was always looking to surprise and delight. And the rooms and hotel are epic at large. Our new Seattle place to stay.

Clean hotel, helpful staff, amazing shower water pressure, good location as it is walkable distance to the Space Needle, Pike’s Market, and Light Rail to get to and from the airport.
