Not recommend breakfast in the hotel.

The hotel staff was attentive and helpful.

The hotel is right next to Yongsan Station and extremely clean. The view from the room was fantastic too. I stay here every time I visit Yongsan.

Great location (right by metro stop and tons of restaurants), rooms were cleaned well everyday. Would recommend!

We loved our stay the Granf Mercure! Best breakfast, Best lobby, Super quaint bar with excellent food and the spa and fitness steals the show!!

we had the most relaxing end to our 3week holiday in Korea with the last 4 days staying at Douglas house. we were taken good care of by all the staff in particular the dinner staff and breakfast staff. Although the language barrier was a little challenging, they did their best to assist us. Lovely grounds to walk around, there is so much to see and do within the Ealkerhill complex. Thank you all and we would gladly come back again and also highly recommend anyone wanting to stay here

One of the best hotel ever!

I stayed 4 nights Vista Walkerhill Hotel in Seoul. It was wonderful and both my husband and I were satisfied in most ares. It cleaned, all staffs are friendly. I stayed in Han liver view side. It gorgeous views and especially sunrise. The buffets (breakfast and Dinner) are also wonderful that I enjoyed. Only one thing short is no good restaurant near the village. Very clean, quiet, and spacious (for this part of the world )room in excellent central location! Well working plumbing is always appreciated. We had everything we needed for a reasonable price.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The property was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was extremely convenient, and the room itself was comfortable and spacious. The only real disappointments were the lack of air conditioning and the absence of a microwave in the room. The absence of air conditioning made the evenings a little uncomfortable, and a microwave would have been useful for quick reheating food. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel provided a great experience, and I would consider staying again - especially if these amenities are added in the future.

Well located, close to subway and bus and busy area, friendly staff, we had heated floors in the room which was very nice!
