The onsen facilities were wonderful and with a beautiful rooftop view of the surrounding area.

Amazing stay! The room was clean and comfortable, but the highlight was definitely the incredible view of Nagoya. Watching the city lights at night was absolutely stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. Would happily stay here again!

We wanted a ryokan experience and that is what we received. The hotel is over 100 years old but very well maintained and there were onsens there to relax. The private onsen was especially nice. The staff were excellent and very welcoming and friendly and really made our experience special. I highly recommend their Japanese breakfast.

5 stars +++. This is one of the most wonderful properties I have ever stayed in. The people, all of the staff overly friendly, so courteous, so helpful, I hope to return one day and stay at this property. The food at breakfast is delicious, the servers were impeccable, reception and check-in was great, the location is super convenient. It is a safe property, quiet, clean, what more can I say? Arigato 🙏

The only downfall was too far from the train station. Beautiful property. Friendly staff to stereotypical fat American.

Top notch facilities and services. We enjoyed all the amenities in our room and especially enjoyed the view from the Sky Lounge. The Marriott Associa’s connection with Nagoya train station provided easy access to transportation, a zillion excellent restaurants, and convenience stores. On one of the days of our trip when it rained, we did not need to go outdoors at all. Would definitely return.

The best hotel in Nagoya!

While it was the largest room so far on this trip it was not the best. For some reason I was put in a smoking room and it stank. Bad. The floor had stains all over it too. Bed was hard as a rock. Location wise, it's in a great spot right near the stations - Enshu and Tokaido. Staff were friendly so no complaints there.

Nice clean modern property. Area around is tea growing. The hotel is in a convenient location to catch train ( Shinkansen) and for major roads, paid parking around property is very reasonable. Would recommend

Absolute great experience here, no complaints. Hotel isnt to far from the train station, and near a bunch of great restaurants that also stay open late. Complimentary beer hour at the bar for hotel guests always a win. Staff were fantastic they made checking in super easy and were incredibly nice. Lady that checked me in spoke great english and an absolute joy. Would definitely stay here again.
