Middle Bass Island Cheap Vacations

We enjoyed our time at Fidelity Hotel. It was relaxing and thoughtfully designed and decorated without being fussy. It felt lux but comfortable. The location was perfect for walking to dinner at a variety of great spots. We selected Cordelia and it was delightful. We also enjoyed brunch at the in-house restuarant. My profession makes me very detail-oriented about hotels, service, design, and hosting. My travel partner said this was the only time I have not had a critique or suggestion for improvement.

Robert at the front desk was very helpful, knowledgeable and recommended many things to do during our stay. He was very helpful, pleasant and resourceful. He is clearly an asset to your Hotel and company. Room was very clean, but missing towels, toilet paper and coffee cups. This was taken care of relatively quickly by staff after informing them of the issues. Overall very nice stay and could return.

Was amazing from the first step in. Everything was first class from the check in to the views. Room was spacious with a welcoming atomospher. The locarion is perfect, a quick walk across the street and you have endless food, drink, and a show. Cant wait for the next stay!

Dog hair was all over the room. The folks on staff promised us a phone call from a manager, which has never occurred. This hotel has not taken this issue seriously and I’d think twice about this place if cleanliness is important to you.
