The surfaces in our room were dusty. They do not provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash/soap. Only hand soap. Our room was also freezing.

Property was great, staff friendly and helpful and thank you so much for the early check-in. Needed the rest after the RedEye in from the west coast.

I appreciate the staff's kindness during communication. Multiple things I hated were the price for the hotel, and no access to any luxury amenities or services. There was no breakfast, no fridge, no oven, and no access to a tea kettle. Also, the worst part is to go to the 2nd floor every time and fill up the water bottle, which is ridiculous after paying a handsome amount to the hotel. What kind of service are you providing after taking such money from a tourist? No welcome drinks or complimentary services, either.

Great vale for the money, no-frill motel. We were there only for few hours to mainly take couple/three hours of sleep and shower. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, had very set of amenities but nothing less than what you would expect in a budget motel.
