Decent room and facilities

I had a wonderful stay at the Al Bandar Rotana Dubai Creek. The hotel is extremely clean, beautiful, and very well maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can notice the attention to detail and the high standards of the property. The customer service is outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The rooms are very comfortable, with incredibly clean sheets and towels that made the stay even more pleasant. Everything felt fresh, organized, and relaxing. The location is also excellent, making it very convenient to move around Dubai and explore the city. Another highlight was the buffet, which was absolutely excellent with a great variety of delicious options. I highly recommend this hotel 100%. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Dubai.

There are certain staff like Barakag that are absolutely annoying and coming to the room to collect the tax charges. They have no respect for cluent room they need tk review there staff at the recpetion. And than theyclaim they did a upgrade a d rhe upgrade as a platinum member with expedie the upgrade is for free

Our stay at Stella Di Mare Dubai Marina Hotel was very pleasant. The location is very convenient, especially being close to the metro, which made it easy to explore Dubai. We were happy to receive a room upgrade, and the larger room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was big and well designed. The breakfast offered a rich selection with a good variety of options, and the staff were welcoming. The only uncomfortable part was the repeated request to make a payment in advance and check in before 6:00 pm; otherwise, the reservation would be cancelled. According to my booking, payment was supposed to be made at check-in. It was not clearly explained why there was a risk of cancellation, which caused confusion and required additional communication. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location. However, the guest profile of the hotel is largely Russian-speaking travelers. Many restaurants, cafes, and tour announcements were also available in Russian, which shows that Dubai strongly caters to that market.

The location is excellent, conveniently situated along Dubai Creek, with easy access to major attractions, while still offering a peaceful and elegant atmosphere. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness and attention to detail are immediately noticeable. Everything is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly reflects the luxury standard the hotel represents. What makes this place truly special is the outstanding customer service. Every member of the team has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring. A very special thank you to Katrina and Rabab, who have been incredibly kind, sweet, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel not just like guests, but truly welcomed and cared for. Housekeeping has also been exceptional. The room is serviced twice daily, with the sheets perfectly arranged, fresh spring water provided, and every detail thoughtfully taken care of. It’s clear they take great pride in their work. This has been a wonderful experience during a stressful travel situation, and the Palazzo Versace team made it comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai, and I would absolutely stay here again.
