I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. Special thanks for reception staff Ahmed and Raghy. They were really helpful with customers service. I highly recommend this place to others.

This property was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is exceptionally clean, as it is only a little over a year old. Overall, it was a great stay; however, it is somewhat distant from the city and main attractions.

During our stay at Pyramisa Hotel, Ahmed was incredibly helpful in every way. His warm smile, professionalism, and hospitality made us feel very special. Check in wasn’t the best there was a mistake through Expedia but they delayed me for long. The manager was kind he offered breakfast for two for two days. Was happy with my stay. Location isn’t the best there isn’t much to do BUT close to nice places like global village so definitely worth it.

The toilets were not clean. The surrounding area seem to be in major construction. The hotel did not have beautiful views of anything. The parking lot was an area were a building had been torn down. Pipes, poles and large rocks were still present.
