The key selling point however is the staff. With all capitals: THE STAFF. I have never had such an experience with any staff in any hotel before. From the concierge to the Horizon Club team, everybody provides the highest quality of attention. I am celiac and in need of special diet, and I have never ever been treated with so much attention in any hotel.
