Great staff and clean rooms. Facility was great.

Pretty hotel. It seems they changed management staff from last year and were highly unaccommodating.

The property was pretty standard and unremarkable. Basic hotel in an area convenient to MetLife Stadium. There was a shuttle service offered to the stadium for $20 pp each way which was handy although it took about an hour and a half to get back to the hotel (2.5 miles away) after the event. Maybe not the hotel's fault due to traffic but there were not enough shuttles and they were overcrowded.

We could not sleep well on room 239 because we could hear all the foot steps in our ceiling from the 3rd floor at all times

Served its purpose to provide a bedfor the night. We did not like finding out after we got here that we had to pay for parking. Especially since the parking area was huge and had few cars in it.

Our stay was amazing. Prompt customer service and fun times all of the days. Would definitely come back again. Estalin was amazing. Very responsive to everything we needed and made our stay go smooth.

Multiple long strands of hair left on shower curtains, some in sink.

The area was very lively and welcoming. The staff were great and the scenery was wonderful.
