Great place to stay in location that's easily accessible on foot to NoMad, Chelsea, the Village, SoHo and other great downtown areas. Nice vibe, beautiful lobby bar and a Stumptown Coffee location off the lobby. Really enjoyed by weekend here.

Everything was great except charging to refill your coffee at the restaurant for breakfast $9 is insane. Been traveling all over the world and this is a first.

I appreciated the friendly staff and location of the hotel. Our specific room had some odor that we suspected came from the vents or outside the window.

We got a real Island oasis getaway vibe right in the heart of the city! The location is perfect. We drove in from out of state and the validated parking was easy and a good value. The room, the views, the roof top bars, the roof top pool, the lounge areas, the restaurant all say tropical vacation whilst the excitement and energy of Time Square is just outside the doors!

The rooms were Very clean.. the window view from the 34th floor was as like no other. The staff was extremely accommodating. It took a moment to figure out how to control the elevators. But over all a WONDERFUL experience. I will definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10

Great location, just blocks from Grand Central station. The room was very spacious and beds were comfortable.

Location is near perfect for my work in Midtown. It’s away from the bustle of Broadway but easy access to rehearsal spaces in Hell's Kitchen and the theaters are a walkable distance or I can hop in a train. The rooms are a bit small like most hotels in town, but the quality of the hotel is high enough that it doesn’t matter if I’m only there for a few nights.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is in a great neighborhood with some excellent outdoor space in the front oasis area and on the roof. The rooms are small but efficient. It is hard to figure out how to work the lights in the room, and there are no easy instructions. It is not a quiet hotel, but that is a tradeoff for being in a neighborhood. The staff are helpful but there seems to be a philosophy to offer minimal support to customers.
