Easy and early check in. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Traveled with a family of 4 (two kids), so the unit was more than enough space and the location suited our needs. Gym and laundry room was a plus! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, very close to Times Square, and helpful staff. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and we were provided with courtesy showers and the gym. We loved the room view, and showers were really modern and clean.

5 Star experience for our entire family! The breakfast and happy hour was such an added and unexpected bonus. The hotel was quiet and updated with a homey feel. Great proximity to the subway and Central Park. We will definitely stay here again!

The customer service by the staff is consistently of a high standard. The porters and storage staffare especially helpful and knowlegeable. The hotel is very conveniently located with decent amenities.

This was a great hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were very clean, very well kept and had lots of extras - keurig, fridge, steamer. The breakfast was really good. Loved The Hudson cocktail lounge - views were stunning. All the staff were wonderful. I would totally stay again.

Wonderful hotel stay across the board. The room: Excellent AC, windows that opened (with screens). Room layout was optimized creating surprisingly open feel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Working refrigerator. Lovely tiled bathroom (clean with nice amenities). The staff: Everyone was kind and helpful without feeling overbearing. The in-house cafe: Coffee, tea and water available all day. Nice selection of breakfast pastries and orange juice available from 7-10:30am. Location: Perfect for our stay. Excellent park, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores all within walking distance. Subway access within a block.
