Room was spotless and cleaned thoroughly each day by our cleaner Duyen. She looked after us and granted small extra requests like extra shower caps. Buffet was good, fresh eggs were a highlight. Croissants were not the best. Front desk staff were very helpful and easy to talk with. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This hotel is beautiful and classy. It is so reminiscent of the past having celebrated 100 years, yet fresh and spacious. It is in an amazing location 3 blocks from the Opera House, and Nguyen St with all its restaurants and shops. The breakfast is a feast for the eyes, endless choices, indoors or outdoors. Staff was so kind and lovely with our requests.

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, interesting location. Great value for money

Hotel is a bit dated, however compared to other hotels in the area it’s nice. Around outside the property is filled with garbage, but as is all of HCM. Unfortunately guests don’t follow the NON smoking policies, which was a huge problem for us. Rooms are connected via air ducts and we had to change rooms during our week stay. Service is absolutely wonderful however. Thank you Nikko. A 3.5 star is a good honest review, because every hotel claims to be 5 stars and “ VIP” in Vietnam which is total bogus. I think with new carpet, new paint, some updating, you could be a 4-4.5 star hotel. Cheers and thanks for the wonderful service.

Our one week stay in celebration of my wife's birthday at The Le Meridien Saigon Hotel was great. Our river view Club Access room was fantastic. The view of the river from our room made all of the difference as did the staff at the Club lounge. Tracy, Lang and Hanna at the Club Lounge were the best hostesses and made us feel at home, always smiling and very friendly, eager to please. The food and drink offerings for breakfast and the early evening reception were "over the top". We will definitely going back next year. Pay the extra fee for the river view room and Club access and you won't be disappointed.
