Honestly I was in a bit of a pickle and had to chose last minute, honestly best last minute booking I ever did. Super clean, super organized, super duper friendly. They go above and beyond any requests. Awesome place definitely coming back.

Friendly staff, many willing to help the day go smoothly.

The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. We did enjoy our stay overall though as the property and facilities are really modern and stunning and the food is very tasty. There is also a more upmarket restaurant in the building in addition to the cafe.

We loved that hotel. The staff was great, the breakfast buffet was also good. The location was great. We could walk everywhere. The hop on hop off bus stop was not far. We were basically across the street about a block away from colourful Bo Kaap. We got upgrade to stay in a Loft on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the mountain range. Two people really went out of their way to help us that we really appreciated. One was the young Porter named Sesethy, the other one was Sanelisiwe who worked in the Breakfast Buffet. Both went the extra mile for us and we are very grateful for their outstanding services. We we would stay there again.
