The staff were wonderful and kind. But the property is old — our room smelled badly of mold. The area also wasn’t the safest and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night (they also have to lock the door to the hotel and you have to buzz in which makes it difficult when arriving later in the evening).

Good hotel with a splendid view of Table mountain. Good service.

The staff were fantastic, we had an ocean view room. It was a short walk to coffee shops and bars. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and everyone.

Good hotel in Central Capetown near good bars and restaurants The Iron.Bovine. Famous restaurant in house was poor No fillet steak !!! Easy drive to V&A

I enjoyed everything about the Hotel especially the staff, very friendly and professional people.

Great customer service the staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing lots of options to choose from. The sauna was also clean tidy. No robes were provided in room as well as slippers i guess they would have been provided upon request.
