Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed only one night before a cruise. Good location next to the main station and buses. Amazing old style lift. Room was great and loved the hanging hot air balloons. Shower was amazing and bed was comfy after a long day travelling and sightseeing.
Even though it seems close we got a cab to the cruise terminal organised by reception when we checked out, it arrived within 2 minutes and took us straight to luggage drop off which was the best choice.
