Norfolk - Virginia Beach Cheap Vacations

Been to hotels where I have been late due to traffic and never had a problem no extra hidden fees. The man working front desk on 7/2 charged me $56 dollars when in the email stated $24 dollars not for each night. The man never gave me an explanation because I didn’t hear him well enough he said it quietly. Until I noticed what I was charged in my bank account. So that’s annoying! I have been to hotels similar to this where you walk into the room (when you asked for a smoke free room) smelling musty. Never socking. This room was awful. The light switch doesn’t work. We were all confused. The ventilation in the bathroom was small and didn’t do much. So it was quite wet in the bathroom. The sink oh boy this one needs fixing. It squirted water right out of the sink once you turned it on. So you had to be careful. The house keepers weren’t coming in to clean or stock up on toiletries, clean towels and to remove trash. I never been to a hotel where house keepers don’t come in to check on the rooms for services. Right by the stairs on the second floor there was a random lamp….that made it seem really unpresentable experience. This was far the worst experience I had. It’s too bad because it’s right across the beach. I forgot to take pictures

I think the wholesale staff was involved in illegal activities.

Are room was hot when got there. The room floors by bed and dressers was dirty. I had to wipe up.staff was very nice and friendly.
