One night they moved us to a room where the bathroom had no door. The best of that hotel is the location. Close to shops and coffees.

The breakfast was way overpriced. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay.

First time in NY and for my birthday. The staff were amazing, kind, and helpful. The view from my room was everting that I wished for, everything was close by, transport via the subway also. Great location. Would definitely come back again.

This hotel is in the heart of Times Square. There’s a subway stop right at the corner and tons of attractions. The staff was so helpful and the facility was very clean. The rooms were pretty nice and the shower was amazing. Even though we were right in Times Square, it was not too noisy at night and the blinds covered the glaring lights so you’re not bothered when you went to sleep. They gave us an upgrade and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I came in the future.

Staff was very friendly and always willing to help out with elevators when your hands are full.

We had an unfortunate start to the stay. The staff told me to go in and they will bring the luggage in. They forgot a laptop bag in the car. The whole holiday was wasted chasing that laptop.

From the minute we arrived we felt right at home. The staff was super friendly and the room was clean bright and very modern and the view even better. We were celebrating our birthdays and had dinner at Splashes. Again the view was amazing. The cocktails were so so, but everything else was great. Would recommend this place in a second.

Super spa - got a great facial, and the steam room was high quality (fast to warm up, good steam). Very friendly and helpful staff including concierge and doormen

Everything was great the only thing o will suggest to be more thought is the daily room service cause I have to ask to get my room clean but I have to say overall staff was amazing and attentive Very well recommended

Great diner in the hotel. Rooms were comfortable, albeit a little noisy due to poorly sealed windows.

Only complaint is that there are no hooks in the room at all. No where to hang a towel. Thought that was weird.
