Room service more frequently.

Clean condo, staff and as super friendly lovely anemities parking was great

Our flat was minus wash clothes and conditioner in room.#1 Room#3 was missing the tv remote The kitchen had a broken toaster and thw sink leaked water all over the floor After 4 days into a 5 day stay and numerous calls little by little all was taken care of except for the hair conditioner. Not at all what our past stays have been. It was quite disappointing to say the least.

Clean and spacious condos. Water pressure was on the low side but I've experienced worse. Pools were fantastic, grounds well maintained, clean property, friendly staff. We slept amazing! Comfortable beds and pillows and black out curtains.

We paid for a pool view room but when we arrived, we were given a parking lot view. When I called down to the front desk they said they could not accommodate the change. Interesting as the hotel did not appear to be full- in fact, on check-in they tried to have me pay for an upgrade to two other classes of room. Hotel was lovely and pools were great. Angry that I paid for pool view but did not receive.

This property is expensiveeeeeee lol but I loved it ! Definitely going back with the kids.
