Property had conveniences of a CVS store attached to it. It was fairly close to nearby attractions. Staff appeared to be very standoffish and did not want to ever engage in conversation waitress staffing. There was argumentative to a point almost left a restaurant property was a nice looking, although it seems aged, but it’s very well maintained. I would recommend it to somebody because I didn’t enjoy my day.

The Hotel and staff were very nice. The only negative was the elevator wait times.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room size and casino were definitely lacking compared to other nearby properties.

Room was basically clean. Some areas were clearly ignored by housekeeping: door frames and walls. We were told at check in our parking was included. Then we had to call for assist when leaving to be let out and were told by a different desk attendant we had to pay. We returned later and went to the desk to clarify, where they told us we should have been able to use our room key for in and out privileges. When checking out, it turned out we were charged twice for our room. The front desk told us they were removing one charge, and I have a paper receipt to show it. Now our credit card is showing a triple charge. Will be disputing. Beds were relatively comfortable. Halls were quiet.

La ubicación se me hizo adecuada ya que es céntrica, está cerca el times square, y a dos cuadras el metro. Hay tiendas de 24 horas muy cerca. La habitación la entregaron limpia y también hacían el aseo cuando lo solicitábamos, agua caliente, el staff muy amables y atentos. Solo el wifi a veces era lento más en la noches supongo porque ya todos llegábamos a esa hora :)
