CONS - Offered an upgrade that delayed my check in then they ultimately discouraged me from taking the upgraded room. Why offer an upgrade for an outdated room located in the part of the hotel that has not been renovated and use inaccurate photos for the advertisement. Hotel room was cleaned after 3pm, disrupting me from getting ready for a concert. PRO - Hotel staff promptly jumped into action when a fire alarm went off in the hotel hallway.

It's my first time staying at the Linq Hotel. I rated an overall 4 star due to the parking lot being hard to find. It was like a maze to get to it. Going from my room to the parking garage was challenge. The room were cleaned and spacious with a great pool view (this was my booking choice). Staff was pretty polite. Make sure to bring your ID as they ask for it if you want to go the Pool. I used all their amenities including the Spa. The Spa experience was awesome. At first I did not feel that welcome by the young lady in front of the counter as she was on the phone without acknowledging me while i wait for her to hang up the phone and greet me!!! But once I go the massage and used the Spa amenities, I forgot about that initial detail. Overall, this Hotel is great!

We had a great weekend. The hotel had a city view to the strip. The room was very nice and clean.

My bill was not handled properly.. waiting on getting the final bill with breakdown of charges

Considering it's a hotel from 1901, it's very well kept. If your plan is to just leave your luggage and spend all day out, i would consider this hotel. It's location is absolutely perfect, as it's in the heart of Time Square and it's surroundings. Rooms are not as spacious, bathroom is tiny and the AC did not work when we arrived. We were moved to another room the following day without any inconvenience. The bar in the lobby is just for show, since it's closed with empty bottles in display and a small TV is available. Since we arrived early, they were kind to hold our luggage until our check in time. Overall, price/location makes it worth it if you do not plan to spend much time in the hotel.
