Although just one night, We had a great stay. The location was good and all of the staff on property was very friendly and welcoming.
The only thing I can say that I didn’t like were all of the mirrors in the guest rooms. It was a little much.

The casino was great! The staff was friendly and helpful! The hotel stay was terrible! We checked into our room and the toilet wasn’t working. There was no water even in it! We had to pack all our stuff back up after unpacking everything. We got into another room and when I went to take a shower there was no conditioner and the shower was dirty and had hair stuck to the wall. The tissue paper was empty and the coffee machine wasn’t working. I would hope they would check all these things before they had someone in the room. Stocking and cleaning should have been done! We asked if there was anything that could be done like a discount, free buffet or anything and the front desk associate said there was nothing they will do! So terrible customer service and just not a good stay for our first time there!
