Extremely welcoming, the staff are so helpful & friendly! I got early check in, the room was clean, comfortable & quiet!! The hotel itself is amazing, stunning building, well maintained & a great location in Seattle, a short Uber/Lyft to the Space Needle, MoPop Museum, Climate Pledge Arena also walking distance to many other popular locations, shopping area, Pikes Place, the Waterfront!! I truly recommend staying at this hotel!
